Is that one of the big ones? I had a large one in my bathroom a year ago. Managed to kill it without burning the goddamn house down.
The only animal that scares me is the chimpanzee, although there are quite a few that I treat with rational respect.
First Wolf spider I saw dropped down my buddy’s chimney while we were watching a Redskins game. Sort of looked like a baby Tarantula, about an inch and a half. Biggest spider I’d ever seen. Friend pushed it with the poker, trying to move it into a trash can. That sucker set himself and pushed back! When we set it on the patio, it hunkered down a bit and then brought his body up and slowly swaggered into the grass. Spider with an attitude.
