You pass the bills to Obama. You explain what’s happening, what’s at stake. You make him veto the bills. Then you attempt to override and show the Dems in lockstep refusing to override. You keep on explaining. It’s not that hard to know, certainly not impossible to do.
Perhaps they’ve been compromised through blackmail, or through knowing they are vulnerable to it.
Blackmail is very powerful, yet hard to prove. Maybe that explains his disappearing act. It was incredibly strange.

Why speculate about blackmail when a simpler scenario is also the more likely one?
Most Republicans in Congress are 100% on board with Obama's agenda.
