Even if the material costs and labor to manufacture an iPhone is $100US, they are still way overpriced.

An item is overpriced if no one buys it. If they buy it, and in the case of the iPhone the public buys lots of them, then it is priced just right.

How right you are . . . and in China, there are scalpers who are of the opinion it's not priced high enough:

Five seconds, just five seconds, all the iPhones 6s units are gone!
