I do appreciate that we have something where we're not at constant loggerheads.

But things may turn evev worse between us. I understand you're partial to the vi editor. As for, it's vim. (Betcha thought I was doing say emacs). Sure, they have the same heritage but I have a former colleague who considers the latter just short of apostasy. He barely tolerates nvi but if it ain't the real McCoy from Bill Joy... :)

vim is an enhanced version of vi. 75% of the systems I use run vim and the other 25% are running vi.
