Question for you - I know that doing it through iTunes is a lot quicker - and I like to do full backup there first - to computer - rather than iCloud. BUT - I had turned on ‘Encrypted’ a while ago - since it’s supposed to save all password and private data as well. But now I can’t do it because for the life of me I don’t remember the password. What’s the deal? Someone told me that I’m out of luck - I’d have to reimage phone to factory.

Any tips?
