Jenner knows on a first time misdemeanor charge in California he won’t get a day of jail. Probation and a fine at worst, if they don’t end up just giving him some type of diversion agreement to keep the conviction off his record. He’s just using this arrest to go all drama queen and gin up publicity for his (failing) show.

I'd say the attorney will say no jail time...too dangerous in men or womens prison..and it will work.

I got thrown in LA County some years ago - they had a big cage where they kept the Hollywood Blvd. transvestites. The Sheriffs would joke about putting a nice young boy in with them. Let me tell you, those were some scary hollywood homos. Some of them had long, gnarly fingernails like a dern parrots claw.
