Looks good to me. Probably because of the Scots-Irish-Italian DNA in me. Sadly, it does look a little small for the average Irish appetite. And it definitely needs more bacon.
I think it might be a nice alternative to the usual pink slime stuff served by the Mickey D’s in the USA.
