Yes, I really can’t believe that such an effective product just ceased to be made. I searched all over the internet - though and never found it anywhere.
In October I have a meeting with Abbott. It will be interesting and I have to be careful. I am adding it to our close the door post meeting notes. I am going to ask. Thanks for the heads up.
I don't think this falls under orphan drugs. I am perplexed by what I have read regarding the effigy of the ointment.

Cool. I really wish someone would make it. Maybe it was the yellow color - tended to stain pretty bad - but it was worth it.
