Heard that too... A bit of a knee-jerk reaction IMO. Debris injuries happen but are more freak accidents than routine.
A canopy sounds like a good idea until a driver with medical trauma is trapped in the car.
It’s kind of hard to imagine how any big-time racing organization would be racing in open cockpits in 2015.
