What I stated above MUST be your opinion -- there is zero other explanation for the whys and hows of clearly TWO THIRDS of "criminal gang members" arrested at Waco on May 17 to have engaged in violent crime and gotten away with it so often that they had never even been caught before. Those must be some of the dumbest, most inane "gang experts" in on the planet, if the "gang members" of whom they had such "expert" knowledge, had so very, very rarely actually been caught in the act of kidnapping, meth dealing, murdering, human trafficking, etc.

Nope, dead wrong. It’s not illegal to wear a sign saying you are a criminal. However, if you are stupid enough to both
a) engage in organized criminal activity right in front of the cops
and
b) wear signs identifying yourself as a member of a criminal gang
Then nobody should be surprised when you get arrested.
