Waco Biker Shootout Autopsies Released, Questions Remain [Audio at source]
Texas Public Radio ^ | August 17, 2015 | Rhonda Fanning

Posted on 08/18/2015 8:31:19 AM PDT by don-o

Just yesterday, one of our listeners wrote in to ask the latest updates following the biker shootout in Waco that left nine dead and 177 arrested. Given those high numbers, you'd think there might be a video of the incident somewhere — surveillance cameras or cell phone footage. We hear that there are videos, but the public hasn't been able to view them or learn anything about what's in those videos because of a gag order in place.

After three months, trials are finally being scheduled, and autopsy reports were finally released this past Thursday. But aside from showing that all nine were killed by gunshot wounds, mostly to the head and neck, there's still no indication of who shot whom.

” did not find any specific caliber information. I did see a lot of “bullet fragments” listed. This tends to show up in high velocity rounds that shatter upon impact. This is NOT consistent with low velocity pistol rounds. It MIGHT be possible should every one be using fragmented rounds.”

Several deformed bullets were recovered whole.

Seven of recovered from the dead were MEDIUM caliber. .38 or 9mm or similar.

“By now we all know that if there were any evidence that the bikers had done the shooting, it would be all over every news outlet.”

Every witness that has stated an opinion on this has said the bikers started the shooting.

That is what has been on the news. Your theory is only on a couple of conspiracy sites plus FR.

“The Confederation of Clubs and Independents (COCI) meeting was open to ANYONE, whether they rode a motorcycle or not. The LEO claim that any group “wasn’t welcome, wasn’t invited” is POPPYCOCK. It was an open, preannounce public meeting therefore ALL were “invited.”

Why did they change the meeting at the last moment from Austin to Waco.

Waco was Cossack town, not a Bandido town.

The Bandidos ran the ‘confederation’ but the Cossacks would not pay the extortion money.

The two clubs were engaged in active violence against one another leading up to this.

Both clubs apparently ‘put out the word’ to their members to show up in force in Waco.

“The LEO claim that any group “wasn’t welcome,’

The weren’t welcome because they were actively involved in violence with the Bandidos.

The Cossacks were wearing the Bandido Texas rocker and NOT paying the Bandidos for the honor.

Please source this claim.

“Also of concern is the fact that there are not powder burns. This would indicate that the shots were made from at least 5 to 7 feet away.”

Er, that means it was a ‘distant’ shot. In the medical field that means about two feet or more.

Right. And you are very clearly of the opinion that that Texas policemen are so inept that two thirds of hardened criminals regularly get away with committing hard crimes such as human trafficking, meth dealing, murder, assault, robbery, etc., right under Texas policemen's noses even when said criminals are wearing SIGNS on their backs announcing that they're criminals!

Remember, police "experts" on biker gangs said so about all those patches and insignia!!

Man ... your opinion of Texas policemen is clearly very, very negative. Boogieman, you must think Texas policemen are inept amateurs, if so many bad people they're supposed to be wise to, get away with committing such heinous crimes so much of the time.

Own up to your own "opinion," please. What I stated above MUST be your opinion -- there is zero other explanation for the whys and hows of clearly TWO THIRDS of "criminal gang members" arrested at Waco on May 17 to have engaged in violent crime and gotten away with it so often that they had never even been caught before. Those must be some of the dumbest, most inane "gang experts" in on the planet, if the "gang members" of whom they had such "expert" knowledge, had so very, very rarely actually been caught in the act of kidnapping, meth dealing, murdering, human trafficking, etc.

The leaders ‘keep their hands clean’.

Operation HOG TRAP took out 250 from their ranks.

FACT: Two thirds of those arrested -- 117 out of 177 -- had zero prior arrest records and zero criminal convictions.

FACT: Those 117 people were held in jail on million dollar bonds for at least two weeks and prevented from meeting their professional/employment/personal/family/financial obligations.

FACT: Those 117 people all had to pay thousands -- some of them tens of thousands of $$$ in order to go back to their daily lives.

FACT: The COCI meeting at which some of those 117 people were ostensibly present at a public restaurant to attend, was an open-microphone meeting open to ANYONE, whether or not they rode a motorcycle or belonged to a motorcycle club.

ZERO opinions above -- all hard, cold facts.

“Operation Black Biscuit”

Abject fail on the part of the government. The few that went to prison were plea deals on minor drug etc charges.

Nope, dead wrong. It’s not illegal to wear a sign saying you are a criminal. However, if you are stupid enough to both

a) engage in organized criminal activity right in front of the cops
and
b) wear signs identifying yourself as a member of a criminal gang

Then nobody should be surprised when you get arrested.

“Remember, police “experts” on biker gangs said so about all those patches and insignia!!”

Maybe you get your info from “experts”, after all, we certainly can tell that you don’t know any real outlaw bikers or anyone with real knowledge of their lifestyle and practices.

“What I stated above MUST be your opinion — there is zero other explanation...”

No, just zero other explanation you are intelligent enough to puzzle out for yourself, but that is not surprising.

I figure the pay is by the post -- TG posts prodigiously; the more posts, the greater the illusion of size and numbers.

Out here in the REAL world, the vast majority of Americans see through the law enforcement lie and understand that this was/is a grievous abuse of power by a tyrannical arm of government to punish peaceful, law-abiding citizens for exercising their right to free association.

On the street, in the real world, MOST regular Americans understand that the cops were the bad guys here.

Fact: Just because you don’t have an arrest record doesn’t mean you are a criminal.

Fact: If you are a criminal and get arrested, it’s your own damn fault if you can’t meet your other obligations.

Fact: Posting bail to regain your freedom pending trial is standard practice in this country, and always has been.

Fact: You have no clue how the COCs actually operate, because you have no experience in that world and obviously no contact with people who do have experience that world.

“On the street, in the real world, MOST regular Americans understand that the cops were the bad guys here. “

So that is why the motorcycle riders pay the Bandidos? To protect them from the cops?
