Waco Biker Shootout Autopsies Released, Questions Remain [Audio at source]
Texas Public Radio ^ | August 17, 2015 | Rhonda Fanning

Posted on 08/18/2015 8:31:19 AM PDT by don-o

Just yesterday, one of our listeners wrote in to ask the latest updates following the biker shootout in Waco that left nine dead and 177 arrested. Given those high numbers, you'd think there might be a video of the incident somewhere — surveillance cameras or cell phone footage. We hear that there are videos, but the public hasn't been able to view them or learn anything about what's in those videos because of a gag order in place.

After three months, trials are finally being scheduled, and autopsy reports were finally released this past Thursday. But aside from showing that all nine were killed by gunshot wounds, mostly to the head and neck, there's still no indication of who shot whom.

“Million $ Bail is somehow Fair to you? For being at a Restaurant?
Arrested and Jailed without... crap ... other than “you were there”
Seriously you approve of Blanket Arrest just because you were there?”

Wrong, wrong, wrong. Police witnessed mass violence between organized criminal gangs and arrested those they believed were involved. Police eyewitness testimony like that is probable cause, anywhere in the country.

They didn’t simply arrest anyone at the restaurant, or even everyone at the restaurant who were bikers, or dressed like bikers. That’s a ridiculous myth, probably started by the defense attorneys.

As for the bail, you can argue whether it was “fair” or not, but the rest of these objections are ludicrous, and I expect a lot of folks around here will have egg all over their faces when this gets to trial and the evidence comes out.

Hilarious. The paranoids gang up on people all day long, but if two people voice a dissenting opinion, it must be a conspiracy!!!!

The paranoids are the Boogiemans and the TGators and such. They believe anybody in a motorcycle club, and/or anybody who has tattoos and dresses biker style and rides big motorcycles, is a violent criminal.

THAT is some paranoid crap.

Sorry, Tex, but “witnesses” that were part of the planned aggression don’t count. That part is really confusing to me. I understand that you think all cops are liars. Are you also saying that when a Cossack member says he saw his father and a couple other Cossacks gunned down by Bandidos, that he is lying? What is his motivation? Why wouldn't he just tell the truth and join the bandwagon blaming the police?

>> “I understand that you think all cops are liars.” <<

.
Then you don’t understand at all.

You’re in dreamland.

>> “Are you also saying that when a Cossack member says he saw his father and a couple other Cossacks gunned down by Bandidos, that he is lying?” <<

Not necessarily. What if the Banditos in question are BATFE infiltrators?

That to me appears to be the case. I could be wrong on that, but that is the way it seems to flow.

There was a movie made from surveillance footage of the attack that clearly shows the tanks igniting, and demolishing the entire school and housing complex.

It played in theaters, and was sold as a VHS tape too.

Have you watched it?

That Cossack is in super deep cover if part of his cover is having his father be the Cossack road captain that got two in the back of the head from a Bandido.

I don’t believe that, and I’ve never said any such thing. The fact that you have to constantly lie and put words in other FReeper’s mouths in order to attack them is pathetic.

So you are suggesting that the BATFE had undercover agents start a gun battle from middle of a pack of bikers. Not a very survivable position to be in.

Do have to thank you for reading my emotional post correctly, it wasn’t a personal attack, although after reading it I can see how it might be perceived by you... Emotion can get the better of any of us, for some reason this one case trips my trigger.
Again thank you for reading between the lines and knowing it wasn’t personal.

” For being at a Restaurant?”

For being at a gang war.

You just made all that up because you cannot find a single post I made to back that up.

And they want us to respect bikers ...

For the record I have been a biker since 1961.

I don’t even think the people around here defending these guys are bikers, or at least not ones with any real experience with the outlaw crowd. It’s pretty obvious when they scoff at stuff that everyone in that scene knows about.

At least one of the Cossacks on the scene is a member of Waco PD.

My guess is that all of the clubs were heavily infiltrated.

The whole thing was likely started by an agent/provocateur un-holstering his piece as a psychological signal that it was time to rock and roll, but possibly not actually firing a shot.

Probably not all of them, but the Cossacks for sure, and probably the Bandidos. Some of the "criminal gang" clubs represented with members at Twin Peaks that Sunday have very few members, and didn't even register on LEO radar.

That's possible, and so is even less direct provocation. Manson didn't kill anybody, he manipulated followers to perpetrate murder.
