Just yesterday, one of our listeners wrote in to ask the latest updates following the biker shootout in Waco that left nine dead and 177 arrested. Given those high numbers, you'd think there might be a video of the incident somewhere — surveillance cameras or cell phone footage. We hear that there are videos, but the public hasn't been able to view them or learn anything about what's in those videos because of a gag order in place.
After three months, trials are finally being scheduled, and autopsy reports were finally released this past Thursday. But aside from showing that all nine were killed by gunshot wounds, mostly to the head and neck, there's still no indication of who shot whom.

From the autopsies. Seven of the bullets recovered from the dead were MEDIUM caliber. For the uninformed “MEDIUM CALIBER” refers to .38 or similar.
.223 would be SMALL CALIBER.

Well “no convictions in Texas” is not the same as “no prior arrests or criminal convictions”, so actually, no, the claim still hasn’t been sourced.

Now you’re off into the weeds of speculation there. How many of these people have lived their lives in Texas versus how many lived elsewhere and may have only relocated there? You have no idea, and without knowing that information, you have no way to know whether it is reasonable to think they might have criminal records in other states or not.
Your silly claim demands that we suspend any such questions and just take it as a matter of faith that an unsupported assertion is correct.

I’m no bad ass but if it happened to me I pretty much think crap would hit the fan, I HATE Lawyers (except for my Son, he gets special dispensation, he’s Corporate / Document) but I would have every available $ at my disposal in some Criminal Lawyers account as a Retainer with instructions to take NO Prisoners. (Function sometimes trumps emotion)
