I was there in the late ‘90s, and I can tell you there was no shortage of very hot women!
It’s actually becoming a very popular location for American expatriates to live and retire.
Real Estate costs are reasonable, and I read you pay no taxes the first 20 years you live there.
Go to Craig’s list and look at some of the real estate there, you might be surprised.
The citizens there also seem to be very welcoming of Americans.
