In the Republican debate on Thursday, Brett Baier asked Donald Trump about his past statements on health care. "Now, 15 years ago, you called yourself a liberal on health care. You were for a single-payer system, a Canadian-style system. Why were you for that then and why aren't you for it now?" [snip]
Trumps answer to Baier's question should trouble anyone who believes in free market health care reforms.

Trump is a republican this week, pro-life this month and pro gun this year.. (probably)..
As a matter of fact, Daonld IS pro life, pro gun and a Republican. Thanks for pointing that out. Go Trump!
That's one huge problem with backing Trump. How can a person be sure he won't change his mind on an issue? You can't. If he hadn't jumped in front of the immigration issue, most of the current people on this forum backing him would be sneering at his bona fides.
Dupes for Donald.
This week.
Donald is a fraud. The quicker he goes away, the better.
He evolve and so can Trump we see Fox supporters up early
If he goes away you forfeit you right to ever complain about the GOP establishment. He is taking on both the liberal facet of the media and them. A person who spends his fortune, life and honor is still called a patriot in my book!
That’s the only title any of us should have American patriot
The uni-party you are supporting is the enemy!
Wake up and smell the coffee. He is a liberal running a brush clearing operation for Hillary.
Donald is a fraud. “The quicker he goes away, the better.”
Maybe you’ll do the same.
You know nothing about him. I’ve got a thread with 90 + postsof links to research about his history
When oh have the same (instead of repeating the liberal mantra ) we can have an intelligent discussion
Until then ...
Ted Cruz better be prepared because those attacks will be coming after him, and he doesn't have a reservoir of goodwill from being on television for years, although there's no doubt he'll handle the attacks with more class than Trump. Wonder who will be TC's attack dog?
Move On People are up early
Ha ha.
The establishment is taking out the strongest so those without money will either fold or fall in line. Anyone not standing with Trump Cruz (and a couple who are venerable) are pawns of the Gopee. They complain and when someone tries to rescue them they blame the rescuer for the situation.
I believe we’ve entered full-on Third World elite gang rivalries with looming bloodshed that we’ve never experienced.
Pray and hoard your ammo
An exec order to just "go back to square one" will not re institute all the cancelled policies, undo the mergers, or reinsure people who lost policies because by now most of them have "PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS". Insurers would simply refuse. I cannot imagine even crafting the legislation to undo this mess, let alone the incredible political pressure for each group that will be hurt to beg for some "protection."
I would be genuinely interested in seeing a serious "unravel" plan, which no one has offered except the platitudinous "replace and repeal."
The GOP lost its only chance to stop this in 2011 with the shutdown. Now the state systems are GOING to fail while we'd see insurance companies consolidate even more until we de facto have a "single payer."
Please post the pictures of Palin and Trump and Reagan and Trump.
