Poll is open to guests
Carson. Cool calm and direct.
Walker hardly spoke!
Fox News are Bushies, but also Rubio. Set him up for sound bites!
No game.
FOX asked the same questions of Trump that many on this board have asked.
Will you pledge to support the Republican candidate that wins if not you.
He said no again.
When did you become Pro-Life, as you’ve been Pro_abortion all your life
He answered well.
Based on your past, when did you decide to be a Republican?
Again he answered well
The only one that could have been left out was the women question, but you can bet the lib networks were saving that for when he won the nomination, and now they can’t use it.
The debate was also based on questions from Facebook, and Trump is the most discussed candidate on Facebook, and I’ll bet those questions are ALL there.
Yeah, Fox’s Trump strategy doncha know!!! Fox s**ks!
Carson seems like a nice guy, smart and polite.
But he really has no qualifications for high office.
You haven’t explained why that isn’t a fair question? They were supposed to go our of their way to make Trump look good Luke the rest of the media
Fox set Rubio up for sound bites!
Any poll with Paul that high is suspect in my book.
2. Trump 34.9% (117)
3. Fiorina 5.7% (19)
1. Cruz. Very solid. His debate training in college really shows.
2. Fiorina based on the clip they showed. She and Cruz would make a spectacular ticket blending political and business skills.
3. Walker.
4. Rubio.
5. Carson
6. Trump. I really didn’t like his cronyism answers. Really out me off. Strikes me as a lightweight on politics and international relations. Way too much of a loose cannon. Tremble answers about his companies bankruptcies. He could have explained how that is not bad, gives companies breathing room to reorganize, lenders take take measured and well researched risks, the wonder of capitalism is the market chooses winners and losers, not government. He REALLY blew that question.
7. Huckabee. I’m not thrilled about his record in Arkansas and his inconsistency on issues worries me.
8. Bush. I want to hate him because of the family dynasty thing and his stupid remarks about immigration, but I really like a lot of his accomplishments in FL and his good communication skills.
9. Can’t remember this guy. Who did I forget?
10. Christy.
11. Kasich. Many of his answers turned me off. I really dislike answers about humble beginnings except for those whose parents fled communism in Cuba. Those two have very important backgrounds that make them love freedom and liberty.
No clear winner. Fox is not fair and balanced.
Out here in my state the “spin is Bush, Rubio and Kasich won,” oh, I feel sick!! Sc**w Fox! Sc**w Fox! Not fair and balanced, they have a clear agenda. Done with them.
Anyone know what the time allocation was? It certainly won’t make Fox look fair.
Although Brit Hume is not my favorite he made a factual comment, he referred to Kasich as “part time conservative” which was reflected in his answers. He is doing the compassionate conservative cheap.
Luntz clearly won
Actually, I think Trump was the only honest one answering that question. He showed himself to be someone who considers who he is supporting.
I do not believe in voting for someone just because they are on a party line.
If the nominee is Jeb Bush, I just can’t bring myself to vote for him. Bush or Clinton, we will just get more of the same and it doesn’t matter.
I agree with your assessment. I was surprised (favorably) by Rubio and Huckabee on some points, but I don’t think I would want either of them in the long run.
“Fox News are Bushies”
That was obvious throughout
Even though I think Trump was attacked most of the night.
