He didn’t vote against the bill to defund Planned Parenthood. The Rats voted against cloture so the bill was never voted on. As is often the case the real vote is the cloture vote. O would have vetoed this anyway, it was all theater. Attaching a defund amendment to real must pass bill is the only viable means of defunding PP.
