Donald Trump remembers exactly when he realized his father was beginning to fade. About six years ago, they were driving down Fifth Avenue when he gave his father big news: he had just bought the land beneath the Empire State Building. ''That's a tall building, isn't it?'' Fred C. Trump replied. ''How many apartments are in that building?'' At first, Donald thought he was kidding. But his father, 87, was developing Alzheimer's.
Fred Trump died last June in Queens, at 93. Donald had visited him in the hospital that night and got the call later when he was by himself, high up in Trump Tower. He cried. It was the saddest day of his life, he says.
The son, now considering a run for the presidency, likes to present himself as a self-made man. But how much of him did his father make? Long before young Trump was putting up glass-and-bronze curtain walls on Fifth Avenue and selling apartments for $38 million, his father was putting bird cages in lobbies to dress up Queens apartment houses -- and releasing balloons on Coney Island at the height of summer with coupons inside for $50 off on a $4,990 Trump home.

Some school background
Trump. Has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame “for just playing himself” lol
His athletic achievement at military school. No one has considered that the reason for the two examinations that kept him out of the military were due to an athletic injury occurring during his high school career. It certainly wouldn’t have been the first. Particularly because we didn’t have the trainer or medical specialist back then
Split tail is a deer hunting term for does which southerners use as vernacular for women
A whitetail doe often has a longitudinal line dividing her white tail which looks split when they flare
Urban types blacks and stupid others think it refers to labia prominence
That is ridiculous and typical of the stupids
His dad gave him the equivalent of $44 million in today’s dollars. What is blueblood in your opinion?
44 million was divided between the four siblings before inheritance tax. Read the link at 3 and 8 and you will see the hard work the family did to make that money. Came to the new world with nothing. Started with a restaurant during the Gold Rush They all have a strong work ethic
Go to work daily. Do some reading before you judge

I think there will be an acknowledgement from [Trumps] group that they need to widen the financial base, says Clifford Martin, a documentary filmmaker from Los Angeles and treasurer of MAGAPAC2016.
He along with a group of other film industry worker bees registered the super PAC earlier this week. MAGAPAC2016 MAGA stands for the Trump campaign slogan Make America Great Again plans to launch viral video campaigns with its funds. The organization is still in its early stages so its plans are still blurry, but members trust that their elite, high-end skills from working in movies and TV will help them along the way. Martin did not want to expand on the particulars of the planned videos, but he did write in a follow-up email, As for the look and feel it would be History Channel meets Wes Anderson/Life Aquatic (if you can imagine) fresh eyes/new lens on TRUMP!
According to Martin, the perks of a Trump presidency would include a Cabinet that reflects the Lincoln-ian idea of opposing voices and decisions informed by his high school years at the New York Military Academy. Claims Martin, You could create a whole three-part miniseries around his teen years and how formative they were, adding, [Military academy students] are a rare breed. I dont think I could have survived.
Thanks! You can tell I'm not a hunter, even though I live near a forest. Whitetails come and eat everything in my gardens except catmint, juniper and marigolds.

Don Jr. life attitude and turn around
Xxxxxxxxx
When Don graduated, he decided to take a year off and live in notoriously boozy Aspen, Coloradosomething his parents did not like one bit. (They know as well as anybody that Aspen spells trouble.) I had a great time, he says, but your brain starts to atrophy. It just wasnt enough for me.
No one in his family believed Don would ever come around to work with his father. But I knew that it was something I wanted. I was following my dad around from a young age. I dont know if its genetic, or just because I was surrounded by it, but I was always fascinated with building and construction and development. I guess I just wanted to make sure that I was making the right decision.
His dad gave him the equivalent of $44 million in todays dollars. What is blueblood in your opinion?
No, FRiend....Donald Trump’s dad gave ALL of his children MUCH more than (what would be, per your calculations) $44M.
He not only instilled in them a great work ethic and a since of value and pride in being Americans, he also gave Donald the confidence to be everything he desired and to take the risks required to increase his net worth. And, just look at what Donald has turned that initial inheritance in to!
It’s the true American dream. A guy (or gal) starts off with nothing and works their butt off to save and invest. Some do so wisely, and prosper because of it. Donald Trump hasn’t lived off of any taxpayer entitlements that I know of. He hasn’t held government/political positions...that basically turn into lifetime careers, with taxpayer paid pensions. He’s signed the FRONT of payroll checks and approved contracts that would make yours and my eyes roll back. Wealth creators are also job creators.
And, you call him a blueblood? That sounds more like a comment on a lefty site, than a conservative site.
BTW, I’ll take Trump’s success over what and how 0bola’s, or the Clintoon’s, *success* has been acquired, any day.
Thanks for this info! Look forward to hearing more about their plans. Lot’s of fascinating American history to work with.

Younger brother Robert works for company. Blane quite the social darling
Sadly the wife went the same way as Ivana. So many 1980’s NYC power couples went splitsville. But she was quite a looker. Still is from what I remember.
She runs ‘God’s love we deliver’.
