When are we going to get serious and pass some common sense laws on these high capacity recording devices,I think anything more than a single shot is just plain unnecessary. My God, who in their right mind needs a whole recording to remember a special event. We need Common Sense legislation to severely restrict these dangerous and unnecessary High Capacity Recording Devices, and we need it now!

Well, I’m guessing LE as a whole are entirely down with your sentiment! Things just been getting too embarrassing for them here lately. Too hard to hide sh!t like they used to.

Illinois passed such a law making it illegal to record police. The Seventh Circuit shot it down, saying that recording police in the public performance of their duties is a First Amendment Right.
