Can anyone explain why blacks, Chinese and Latinos are always the ones acting in uncivilized manners such as they do in our formerly once thriving inner cities? I know it is a rhetorical question, but no one one, even so called leaders of these people can explain the behavior.

Among adult men in 2013, African Americans were incarcerated at a rate of 4,367 per 100,000, compared to 922 for Latinos, 488 for non-Latino whites, and 34 for Asians.

The inner cities contain very few law-abiding whites -- they have moved out and let the blacks, latinos, etc. in. Inner cities are inherently dens of iniquity and always have been, even in Dickens' time. It is probably largely because (a) life in crowded cities is artificial and inimical to the human psyche, (b) anonymity attracts criminal elements which would not fare well in villages, where "everybody knows your name".
That's my theory.....

Yes. Two words: Free Stuff. The sweet, sweet, taste of dependency. If you recognize that you're addicted, it's way too late.

Dependency upon the gub'mint was the single, most powerful weapon against my Nation/Tribe and the others was well.

What we are experiencing now is the results of the same upon other peoples.

I've researched & written at length on the topic and beyond genetic predisposition to negative behavior, you get pretty much the same outcome with any people.

Because they have been fed lies from birth that they are victims of institutional racism and they are entitled to act out in frustration because of their poor choices in life from not taking advantage of free, though inadequate education, fatherless homes because their daddies were incarcerated due to racist laws that targeted black males, having to "act" white to get and keep a job, complete lack of whites understanding black culture and all it contributes to society...

The fallacy white leaders and black race hustlers buy into that we can "FIX" the black culture and community by capitulating to their demands for more taxpayer funding, more tolerance for their behavior, more self pity called white guilt...

The black community can only fix the black community...
