Scott Walker has preached fiscal responsibility from the onset of his political career. But will his credit card debt undermine his message?
Scott Walker owes Sears up to $50,000.

"The Boston Globe noted that Walker has the lowest net worth of any serious presidential contender: -$72,500."
The guy is seriously in debt. For real.
Who still shops at Sears?
This is a typical problem with people who dropout of education.
Shows he’s not corrupt.
Or it shows he cannot handle finances.
One of those two.
I buy tools, appliances and parts from them. Refrigerator, washer, dishwasher dryer.....yard machines. I repair every one of them myself and it’s easier to get their parts, or find out the Sears part and then find a cheaper one on Amazon or eReplacementparts.com
By drop out you mean not finishing college?
I thought he shopped at Kohls. However, there is no mention of him having a Kohl’s credit card. Maybe his state really is underwater as Trump said.
I call BS on you.
Your intentions are not honest.
What’s typical of a dropout? The debt or the job? I’d say he’s done pretty well for himself on the job front.
Question is: Is he being responsible in paying his bills, and working to get out of debt? Yes, he’s needs to be more careful in practicing what he preaches.
Baloney.
I am for Trump. Walker has his people out trashing Trump.
I’m just saying, this works both ways.
Lay off, Walker. Now.
Their big dreams (before dropping out of higher education) often fail to readjust to the reality of their station in life and they accumulate high debt.
Two-thirds of students graduating from American colleges and universities will graduate $26,600 in the red and worse than that they have been brainwashed by liberals.
Being in debt affects the supposedly educated just as well.
Must be nice to have such a simple life.
No person with debt is a free man. However, many wealthy people are not free either. It depends on how the wealth was obtained. Many wealthy politicians became slaves to special interests through the accumulation of wealth.
Rubio also has financial issues, and has engaged in some questionable financial actions, particularly his use of credit cards that were not his for personal expenses.
Walker, with high debt and negative net worth is by definition a poor man. To finance his run for president he will require millions of dollars he does not have. To raise that kind of money he will become indebted to wealthy individuals and organizations that will expect a return on their investment.
Walker is not a free man. The real issue is not the dollars he owes to Sears. What policies and favors has he promised to deliver for his campaign funding?
He had such potential.
Replace simple with sensible.
How does anyone find out what someone else owes to Sears? (Or any other creditor for that matter)
