The Big Broadcast is a Sunday night tradition for families throughout the WAMU listening area. Each week, Big Broadcast host Ed Walker offers listeners priceless recordings of popular radio programs from the '30s, '40s and '50s. Priceless, especially, for a man whose first sentence as a child was, 'Turn the radio on.'

Happy Sunday evening all!

We have a night of detective and mystery shows (a Gina special?)...some Lucille Ball to start us off with, then solid B detective shows in Richard Diamond and Nero Wolfe...and a mysterious 10pm hour with Molle Mystery Theater and Mysterious Traveler (one of my favs)...

How's it going? It's warm and wall to wall seafood in Baltimore...

I’m here now. Just had to work a while at the station today, then do the grocery shopping. Now, I gotta work up the synopsis list. Will have it in a few minutes... :-)

Hi, Vision. Not too busy. I just put off the radio station work I could’ve done yesterday until today. Keith was off yesterday, so I stayed around the house with him. We both worked today.

How’s your week been? Anything new going on?

The wife just got diagnosed with MS and had a spinal tap. The last part was fun because it wasn't ME who got the needle for a change. LOL! ('Course, wasn't too much fun for her......)

Week was fine. Had family come in this weekend so it's been busy. Everyone is happy and healthy but I don't like eating out 3 meals in a row.
