Utilizing fetal tissue to research cures for cancer, disease, etc. is possibly the only positive outcome from a terrible situation that is abortion.

I’m against abortion, but I’m not against using fetal tissues for research.

Except it is very difficult to find any successful research applications for fetal tissues. Or any that can't be accomplished utilizing umbilical cord tissue.

“I’m against abortion, but I’m not against using fetal tissues for research.”

Yeah, right.
You just said that you are simultaneously for and against something.
For that “fetal tissue” to be used for “research”, they have to murder a baby.

No, that provides financial reward and a positive utilitarian motive for whose who murder.

If somebody was killing "ConservativeWarriors", I do not think you would be advocating, as a positive outcome, the sale of body parts.
