On my sailboat in Ventura Harbor on my iPad. Just opened a bottle of wine and watching the clouds through the open companionway because it’s hotter and humider than heck. Been raining.
On the patio listening to the MLB-TV rebroadcast of today’s Giants game (missed it on account of yard work — no spoilers, please!) while sipping a cold beer out of my Official Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville (Est. 1977) beer mug. Ain’t summer grand?
I just posted a document called, “The Real John McCain” which I sent to my local News Station KUSI in San Diego. They have been bashing Trump over his comments on John McCain.
I pointed out to them that McCain was a hero when he was a pilot and became captured. He was offered release, but stayed with his men. That was a very brave and heroic thing to do .. HOWEVER, what McCain has done since being a Senator is not worth mentioning .. except to say he sides with the DemocRATS more than he does with the Repubs.
I’m hoping KUSI will temper their Trump bashing and realize that Trump has hit on something they might not have been aware of.
I never told KUSI how I was voting - because that’s not an issue with me at this early stage.

The abode is closed and locked down for the night. A lone 60w bulb is lit, located on a corner desk, to cast no shadow. The noob tube is off. I’m listening to Live365 dot com, on a harpsichord channel. A glass of water is nearby.
I’m in my “man cave” office at home. Too much stuff, too little space. And then there’s the cat. She lives in here. She often tries to trip me, bats at my feet as I walk across the room. But minutes later she’s trying to get comfy in my lap. Makes accurate typing kind of challenging when you can’t see over the furball in your lap.

I’ve just begun supervising a lunchtime detention for 21 teenage boys who need to learn that homework isn’t optional. There’s a lot of childish sulking involved - mostly from me because I am losing my lunchtime and I didn’t do anything wrong!
