The first video shows how piles are driven. What isnt shown is that the piles are being driven into holes; the pile of mud off to the left is the give-away. The second video shows holes for pilings being dug by hand with a tool thats a cross between a post-hole digger and spade. The third video shows piles being dropped into holes that are large enough not to require any driving. Note the presence of the cylindrical plugs of mud that were pulled out of the holes while digging. Laugh if you want, but you dont have to go very far back in the history of most countries to see a lot of things done by hand. My great-grandfather was a brick mason in the late 1800s and Im pretty sure he did not have a forklift, electric mortar mixer, or gas-powered cutoff saw. What these guys are doing in Thailand would have looked pretty normal to him--except perhaps for the tambourine.

Vodka and prune juice makes a pretty good pile driver too.
The tambourine is the secret...........some guy bangin’ on them bongos just would not do it.

Was that the Owen Hart pile driver that supposedly broke Steve Austin’s neck?
That was too funny.
Looks to be.
If you want to play in Thailand, you’ve got to have a tambourine in the band.
Reminds me of a photo taken in the ‘60s which showed a group of college students making a statement against the “dehumanizing” mechanical age. They were shown burying a car in a large pit.
Dunno if it was accidental or intentional, but off to one side, a bulldozer with dirt still on the blade was shown.
The only pile drivers I’ve used began with Del and ended with Mag. Interesting bastards.
