Internet Explorer 11 -- yes or no?... PING!
You can find all the Windows Ping list threads with FR search: just search on keyword "windowspinglist".
Personally I've found IE 11 to be the best of a bad bunch -- it's usable, more so than any of its predecessors, but given a choice, I'll use anything else first.
I admit -- since about 1996 IE has only been "that program I use on a fresh system once -- to download a real browser".
