Perhaps that was the problem. Can anyone trust a person by the name of Momofuku?
As long as a chef is fat, I’ll begin with the assumption that he knows his business.
NEVER trust a skinny chef.
Hey, people say his stuff is really good. I’ve never had any, but he’s done well.
Momofuku is not his name, it’s the name of his restaurant. Haven’t been there, but there is another chef there that makes a pie known as “crack pie” (because it is so addictive) and they ship it all over the US at a high price. You can Google it and get the recipe.
Last Christmas, I brought a version that used Trader Joe’s cookie butter to our family gathering, and it was a HUGE hit.
