Best scene from the original “Man From Uncle” —
Ilya and Napoleon chase a bad guy into a movie theatre, where a shoot-’em-up movie is playing.
The bad guy, from behind the movie screen, fires at Ilya and Napoleon.
The bullet glances off the armrest of one of the movie-goers, who looks up at the screen in amazement.
Alicia Vikander = H-O-triple T.
But seriously, I feel like I have seen the entire movie.
Your truckload of FAIL has arrived.
the original was camp, this looks more like cartoon...

When will the remake of The Blue Max premiere?
Oh, wait. That's too much like work.
Now, when they remake The Legend of Ricky Bobby, we'll know the end of the world is truly near!
;)
Open channel D, oversea relay...
Remakes are as old as the film industry itself. However, a remake of The Blue Max would be an insult. It needs no remake.
Oh how I loved David McCallum in that show, I still love him on NCIS. I just love the guy.
Ok, he seems like a great guy and not a psycho lefty at all.

That’s how much I love him, I’m highjacking this thread as a David McCallum fan piece!
Reminded me more of “The Lucy Show”- without the extremely talented actors- than The Man From UNCLE.
I saw it when it came out when I was 10, for 25¢. And when it premiered on TV everyone was stoked to see it, even the [sexy ol’] librarian was hot for it...
Do you have a replacement for Ursula in mind, or should we just speed the film up a bit? Hee, hee. She was quite smouldery...

I would like to see a remake of The Blue Max but add in much more aerial combat footage.
Oh, just ducky.
Heh, but what’s up with the look on Bob and Dave’s faces? Not enough for them, or what? :)
Did you know that Ilya had a higher “rank” (lower number) than Napoleon? If I remember right, Ilya was actually Number Two (ignoring the inevitable scatalogical puns). Napoleon was ... Number Seven.
