That reads like satire...are you sure it isn’t. They left off the critical fix:

Well, for the past 15 years or so, Microsoft has made a practice of pi$$ing on Satire's grave. It's hard sometimes to tell whether their marketing material is serious, or self-deprecating slapstick humor.
