That reads like satire...are you sure it isn’t. They left off the critical fix:
Phone would deliver dial tone, but wasn’t actually connected to a cell site for 10 minutes while the colors on the screen rearranged themselves.

Well, the first time I saw a picture of the Windows 8 "Metro" tiled interface I was sure it was a put-on, a parody of the early 1990's AOL interface.

You perhaps recall when famous political satirist, musician, and mathematician Tom Lehrer commented in 1973 that satire became obsolete the day Henry Kissinger was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

Well, for the past 15 years or so, Microsoft has made a practice of pi$$ing on Satire's grave. It's hard sometimes to tell whether their marketing material is serious, or self-deprecating slapstick humor.
