Thought I would post this because this is Lynyrd Skynyrd playing in front of a huge Confederate flag in 1977 which you can see more clearly around the 7 second mark, and to me, I take this flag as more of symbol of Southern pride than of racism. These guys absolutely worshipped black blues guitar players and musicians, were they racist? Hell no. This just goes to show that things change, which is exactly what Democrats keep telling us anytime the history of the Democratic party is brought up. "Oh, it's not the same party it was 100 years ago..things change" but oh, now suddenly the flag of Southern pride means the same as it did in the 1860s.
