“Chik fil a serves msg junk.”
The supposed problems with MSG have been about as thoroughly debunked the vaccinations cause autism lie
In one study people that claimed to get headaches from MSG were given food that they had been told contained MSG but actually did not. When they complained about headaches they were given MSG in tablet form and told it was a new pain reliever that was targeted specifically at MSG headaches. In every case the testers reported that the MSG they thought was a pain reliever actually cured an MSG headache
MSG is simply flavored salt you can believe that it causes headaches other problems but there is absolutely NO evidence for that other than the lies told by health food NAZI types that want you grow all the “food on the moon and eat it raw”
Who did the debunking? I ask because I’m one of those sensitive to MSG. For me, it’s not just a headache. I feel like I’m having a stroke. There is also acute nausea and vomiting. Some may say it’s the sodium in it, causing blood pressure to rise. But I’ve eaten salty foods and never had a reaction like the one I have to MSG.
I did not participate in a group study, I did my own. At my doctors suggestion i kept a food diary. I wrote down everything I ate so when I had a reaction I could look back and see what I had eaten. Guess what......it was MSG every time. It wasn’t a headache, it was heart palpitations and wildly irregular heart beats. The kind of reaction that can bring on a stroke.
If you have ever been in close contact with someone who has suffered a stroke, you would know you didn’t want it to happen to you.
Personally I don’t think its the politics is why Mccdonald is doing poorly. Their food sucks, thats why. Size seem reduced and recipe changed

Notice this is even from a left wing environazi source
I usually get a kid’s meal with chicken tenders, French fries and a drink for less than five dollars . They have amazing prizes now - Secret Agent Cow prizes. I got a 2 way viewer last week and I think this week’s prize is a spy watch.
Cracker Jack, take note! Your prizes are terrible!!!!
It isn’t headaches that bother me - it is that it is an appetite suppressant.
I’ve never done Chip Ole, but I’ve been to Panera a time or two. Pretty decent fast-casual food, but a little pricey. I’ve also been to a (somewhat) similar concept place called Schlotzky’s. I wasn’t all that impressed by it. Okay, but nothing to go out of my way for, IMHO.
The food is actually rated very healthy on top of that. I’d go there more often but the one nearby is amazingly difficult to get to due to traffic and parking.
Back in Febuary or March A Chick fil a opened near me in CT. It is surrounded by several other fast food restaurants. The CFA is always busy and the surrounding ones seem to be much slower.
McDonalds hires 'anger management' graduates and other assorted ummmm - types.
Thank you. I read this and other articles on the subject. None of these articles can tell me, if it’s not the MSG, why am I having these symptoms.
Since I first experienced this reaction a number of years ago, I’ve avoided Chinese restaurants and anything made with soy sauce. I was symptom free till a few months ago. While visiting relatives in a neighboring county, they took me out to dinner at a local restaurant (it wasn’t Chinese). The restaurant has its own signature seasoning blend which it uses on most of its dishes. In fact, the restaurant sells bottles of the blend to its customers. Within a half hour after eating, I had the “reaction.” My startled relatives wanted to take me to the emergency room, but fortunately, the symptoms subsided.
The next day I called the restaurant, which confirmed that their proprietary seasoning blend was used on my food, and yes, the seasoning contained MSG.
So if it’s not the MSG, then what was it?
Thank you. I’d like for someone to explain to me — if it’s not the MSG, then what is it? And why do I only have these symptoms after eating anything with MSG? It’s NOT the placebo effect.
