Hopefully, someone courageous like Donald Trump will simply pay the fine for them, and then support their legal defense to get it back. Even people who happen to be gay should be very troubled by this totalitarian state activity by a state government. If allowed to stand, this is only the beginning of a group by group encroachment of a government that is becoming aggressive against it’s own electorate. Mincing words, here.

No way.

Do not pay that fine.

Instead, you sue Oregon on 8th A grounds, and you sue the commissioner separately in civil court for damages arising from his capricious use of his office to deprive someone of their liberty and livelihood.

Send it all the way up the chain again, and watch that shitty court in DC decline it.

THEN it will be time for the ammo box.

No to paying the fine.

To pay is to acknowledge they have the power to levy the fine and the position is that they have as much right and power to do this as your neighbor's 5 year old has the right and power to give you a traffic ticket.
