I'm glad to see Aaron and Melissa Klein standing up for their 1st Amendment religious protections. But I wish their message for low-information, pro-gay activist state officials was the key wording emphasized in Section 1 of the 14th Amendment below.
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Are groups other than the FRC supporting the Kleins? Is there a fund set up for defense?

I agree, this case has enormous implications.

So, I'm assuming the $135,000 fine was duly established after their day in court? Since this would be their property, too.
