I understand your frustration. I have it too. But I have this undeniable feeling that Obama will force it to action before he leaves office. Obama will present them with an ultimatum he thinks they will relent on and they will not. It will escalate from there.

This man is 666 all the way in my opinion. He is destroying too much of this world’s best to not force them into an untenable situation.
