If you do a search for this you will note that most of the articles, while giving her credit for her actions, then go on to devote more time on her sexuality and her time on the police force. For the left, being gay is a much larger and more important story than saving possibly dozens of lives.

My daughter was the protocol staff chief at an embassy in DC, I won’t say which, and she said even on the most crowded day of the year (4th of July) DC never had to handle crowds that size. She said there had to be at least 1.5 million of us.
