50 out of one million? LOL! When I lived in New York city, blacks attacking Asians was routine. I personally saw a black guy one night smash the front window of a Chinese food take out place in Queens while they were closing. 46th street between Queens Blvd. and 43rd avenue. Gee, why would he do that? He didn't intend to rob them, all he did was pick up a cobble stone from the street and throw it through the window then tried to attack the store owners when they came out, then he fought with the cops when they tried to arrest him because obviously the cops were racist for trying to do so. Remember the LA riots and all the Asian businesses they destroyed? Oh but that's right, blacks can't commit racially motivated crimes, therefore they suffer the most hate crimes "by far".

He is not a terrorist in either the narrow or the broad definitions of the term. He was not interested in terrorizing anybody. He just wanted to kill a bunch of people. Terrorism broadly defined is the use of violence to terrorize the still living population to bend to the terrorist's will. Classically defined it is the use of random violence by the government to instill paralysis in the population in order to make opposition or even inimical thoughts impossible.

Another article (AP I think) said this incident was just one more in a "long string of racially motivated events". It went on to list Ferguson, Baltimore, Trayvon, etc. as the recent "racially motivated events".
