Fran Drescher was honored Tuesday at the Stonewall Community Foundation Vision Awards and thanked everyone including her “gay ex-husband.”
Honored for her advocacy, she quipped, “I have a gay art dealer, a gay dermatologist — not to mention my hairdresser. I have a gay ex-husband! People always say to me [of her ex], ‘How did you not know?’ He loves decorating and fashion and clothes, but we actually did have sex a lot.

She actually can talk with a more normal voice. The extremely nasally one is mostly just part of her characters and people expect her to use it all the time.
I like her - she has survived rape, cancer and a gay husband and still has a good attitude. She could be a bitter hag like Rosie.
I liked the show she had on Tvland recently about her and her husband.
