Thank you, dear. I am actually doing all right since I refused to take the last two sessions with the
destructo drugs that made me bleed and lose all my hair, and I do mean ALL my hair, everywhere.

The cancer-gene suppressing drug is the only one I’m still taking, and those sessions will be every
three weeks until the end of the year, at which time, I should be all right and recovered from this
ordeal, finally.

The only side-effect from the drug I’m taking is heart failure, but my echo-cardiograms have shown
that I have a very strong heart and that I am tolerating the drug well. And then there are the bone
scans, but they have also turned out well.

Six and a half more months to go to freedom!

Yay, YOU!!! You might want to take come CoQ10 to help your heart. No side effects.

I’m so glad to know you are doing well! {{{TOL}}}

Yes, I take CLA and CoQ10, of course, among a fistful of other vitamins.

I have read up on all this, and I’m still learning, from reading, doctors’
verbal advice, and trying out different strategies.

Omega 3 fatty acids are also very important, and the ratio of Omega 3 to
Omega 6 should be about two to one. So I eat a small dish of walnuts each
day to keep my ratio in line. It is a very small dish, LOL!

This “in recovery from cancer” stuff is dang complicated. ;-)

My parents are both survivors of cancer.

Anyhow, I take these seeds. They are harsh at first, but now they are nothing. I just eat a handful after meals. I’ve gone through 2 bags. My swallowing problem shortly after I started chewing these seeds.

I take fish oil, flax seed oil and Tangy Tangerine 2.0 too.

Yes, ma’am. I know the feeling of trying to buy foods and meds that work in your body for the things that are causing your illness. It has taken me almost 12 years to get the herbal remedies “just right” for CFIDS, and I’m still trying to get the right formula for the blood pressure.

Every time the doc gives me BP meds, my BP goes up either hourly or daily, and I can’t seem to get her to understand that I don’t NEED the prescription drugs. Ongoing struggle.

It’s just a series of trials and errors, and hopefully this is the one that works...for both you AND I! Do what you need to do to give your body the optimum chance at recovery. It sounds like you are doing an awesome job! <3

Thank you. I appreciate your well wishes.

Nothing seriously wrong has happened to me WRT the chemo I was taking, just that it took me
longer to recover after each session until I refused to take the destructo drugs because I felt
that they were harming me more than helping.

The drug I’m taking now has no side effects like the destructo drugs, and the side effect it
does have has not affected me at all. I should be all done with this regimen by December.

One last battery of tests, probably in January, and I’m all done. Here’s hoping that the
surgery and subsequent treatments are the last of the cancer in my body.

May God bless your parents with good health all their lives.

Apricot seeds have cyanide in them, and it can kill any nasty
bugs you may have in your alimentary canal.

After the chemo sessions with the destructo drugs, I don’t think
I had much of anything living in my gut.

Anyway, the cancer gene (BR-CA2) runs in my family from my
mother’s side, and I only found out about it after my oncologist
ordered a test for it, which was positive.

I am sterile, so fortunately I didn’t pass the gene on to anyone.

Thank you for your kind words.

Yes spinach and Vitamin B12 B6 have cyanide in them too.

There’s a great book called “Cancer Step Outside The Box”.

Put it in Youtube and listen to it.

Oh I know Chemo is very hard on the body. That’s why I recommend the Tangy Tangerine 2.0 along with the Fish Oil and even Flax seed Oil (keep it stored in the Refrigerator). The Tangy Tangerine 2.0 has all the Vitmains, minerals and Trace minerals your body needs. It includes probiotics too. I think the total number of ingredients is 234. It includes the mighty 90 on top of everything else.

Just listen to this audio from Dr. Joel Wallach called. Trust me it’s worth your time.

Gefn asked me to tell y’all that she’s back in the hospital with an infection. It’s not life-threatening, and she expects to be out in a couple of days.

You wanted a breath of air before it’s too hot to move?

As soon as I finish eating, I need to get sunscreen on everyone. It’s going to be a long, hot day at camp.

It’s 89 degrees and 19%...cool, actually. I may need a jacket to go to Walmart.
