Right click the photo. Select “Save Image As...” and save it on your computer somewhere (remember where you saved it).

Then, go to tinypic.com, and hit the “Browse” button next to file, and navigate to where you saved the picture. Select the picture file and hit the “Open” button. Next, click the “UPLOAD NOW” button. It will give you several links after that, you want to look for the one that is labeled “Direct Link for Layouts”, that will give you the link directly to the picture.

You don’t need an account to post pictures with tinypic, but if you create one before you upload, you will be able to log back in later and retrieve the links to your pictures if you lost them.

Step 1: Save the photo to your computer.
Step 2: Save the photo from your computer to a file sharing web site.
Step 3: Cut and paste the url to post the photo using (img src="https://www.colourbox.com/preview/3141307-three-young-chicks-with-earthworm.jpg") except with the "<" and ">" instead of parentheses.
Result:

I would suggest reporting the situation to your local ASPCA / Humane Society and I suspect they will follow up on it. They generally have limited police powers to enforce animal cruelty laws.

Have you done a reverse image search to see where the file can be found elsewhere on the internet?

Google images can do this and there are other sites.

...I want to see if we can find the man,,if we can identify him.

Along with the loser who took this photo and didn't do anything to stop the abuser.

---

Can someone help me with the ins and outs of posting the photo?

Highlight and copy the photo URL.

Then type in your post: (img src="enter photo URL here")(/img) But bracket with greater and lesser symbols rather than parenthesis.

It's so simple, even JoeProBono can do it. ;^)
