I’m part of the Android market now. I wanted the first one when they were first coming out in 2008, finally have one now.

It’s a good phone, and I’m not attached to it like many millions of people. My only gripe with it is the battery life. I don’t really use it much but the battery only lasts for a few days essentially being on standby.

I bought a 10” android tablet a couple of weeks ago just to play with. I still do ‘real’ computing on a Win7 laptop and desktop.

Tablet is okay, but the icons and text is too small. Even setting the text to extra large in the ‘setting’ only increases them a slight bit.

Also, trying to finger touch the icons and text takes several attempts. My finger hits one area and the area above or below lights up as if it was selected.

Mine has a keyboard and mouse pad. Good thing, because many times finger touching a button or selection will do nothing. I have to move the pointer with the mouse pad to make the selection.

Overall — not very impressed with android or 10” tablets.
