You don’t think that every college, teacher’s lounge, union hall and pro-labor & feminist NGO in the United States won’t bus people to the polls en masse if Scott Walker is the nominee? Or illegals, blacks and other immigrants if Rubio gets the nod?
Rest assured, they will do exactly the same thing for Cruz, Carson, Perry, Paul & Jindal. May be not as determined with Bush, Huckabee, Rubio, Trump & Kasich, but they will spend tons of money against them also.
