Yes, but it will be like Windows 8.x--you have to look up the error codes in BUGCODES.H (in the Windows Driver Kit), since it only tells you the symbol.
(Tip: The error code 3735936685-DEADDEADhex corresponds to a deliberate system crash—its symbol is MANUALLY_INITIATED_CRASH or MANUALLY_INITIATED_CRASH1, on Windows 8.1)
