When our two dogs go to petsmart to get groomed they are dried using a blow dryer..that’s it, no drying cage just a blow dryer..hearing stories like this breaks my heart should never have happened..poor Colby RIP little fella
Bochy gets towel dried. If it’s nice, he goes outside, if it’s cold he goes in his bed in front of the fire.

They, and any entity from large to small need to realize you DON’T have weeks, or even days for “the facts to come out” or “a through investigation”. That is 20the century thinking.
You have *ONE* news cycle (12 hours at most) to get *ALL* the facts out, or everything possible will be construed against you in the worst way.
Police shooting, pet death, sex scandal, the idea that the world is going to wait days, or weeks to find out “what really happened” is as dead as disco: all the facts, NOW or guilt will be presumed by pretty much everyone on the internet.
I still shake my head at the companies, politicians and other entities that just don’t get it- 2,3 hours max to get ALL the facts into the public domain or your brand is forever crap, no matter what the best investigation in the world shows two weeks later.
The dogs remains were transported to “Ho Lee Sun Korean BBQ” for further analysis.
Sad thing is, thousands of dogs, many of them sweet, loving and still not sure why their family abandoned them, will killed today.
Not that this isn’t tragic, but if one in 10,000 of the people upset about this adopted a new family member .....
