The first attack ad of the 2016 presidential race goes after Republican hopeful Ted Cruzs Canadian birthplace.
Cruz was born to American parents living in Alberta, so while hes technically a naturalized U.S. citizen, which is a requirement to run for president, he actually lived in Canada until he was four. The outrageous ad in question looks like a parody but its 100 per cent real and produced by a third-party group backing Rand Paul for the Republican nomination. The ad refers to him as the Rand Man and includes a clearly Photoshopped image of his head on a buff body.

For people who mostly had at least three names, the Roman aristos are confusing to discuss. Multiple people over centuries with the exact same names. For example, JGC’s father had exactly the same names and they didn’t do Junior and Senior and III.
