I think that the defenders are missing the point. There is a difference between forgiveness and consequences. It really doesn’t matter that he is forgiven, there are still consequences - both to him and the girls he molested.

Yes there are. And the whole family is experiencing those consequences right now.
But for those who think this guy should be in prison being butt-raped, or that he should be labeled a sex-offender for life and unable to get gainful employment, or that he should die and go to hell, I just want them to go on record that they want the same standard applied to them and their loved ones whenever ANY infraction of God’s moral laws are committed that God has said deserve death or hell.
So, you want to bring back stoning guys like this to death for his incestuous assault? Fine, but let’s take a look at the moral life of those advocating such before they start gathering the stones.
