Bill O'Reilly Forced To Deny Accusations He Physically Assaulted His Ex-Wife Prior To 2010 Split By Dragging Her 'Down A Staircase By The Neck'

By DAVID MCCORMACK 18 May 2015 Fox News anchor Bill O'Reilly is alleged to have physically assaulted his ex-wife by dragging her down a staircase by the neck, according to evidence heard during a bitter court battle over custody of their two children. A hard fought three-year custody dispute between O'Reilly and ex-wife Maureen McPhilmy finally ended last month when a Nassau County Supreme Court justice granted custody of the couple's two kids to their mother. During the closed hearing a court-appointed forensic examiner testified that daughter Madeline, who is now 16, claimed she had witnessed her father dragging her mother down a staircase by her neck, reports Gawker.

He was doing research for his next book, “Killing My Wife”.

Shouldn't take long. Killing Patton only had about 2 pages re. "killing Patton."

Dang if you don’t sound just like some leftie! I can understand some of your animosity but taking the whole group on FOX and vilifying everyone there is a bit much don’t you think?

If you think that is okay, then you are a leftie and should not be posting here. We get enough of you on the daily news.

Just keep watching the Karl Rove channel and enjoy New Yorker Sean throwing his little footballs as he calls liberals "great...great...great Americans." Even FReeper stalwart onyx refers to it as "Faux News".

I prefer getting the truth from 100% Conservative outlets such as the previously cited Sarah Palin Channel and, of course, Free Republic.

Wife beater, eh? No wonder Bill agreed with jihadists that Pamela Geller was wrong to “insult the Prophet,” as Bill put it. I wonder if he also owns any goats.

Heh, Rove is one fellow that I despise but that is one of many - (Paid Commenter) and nothing directly to do with FOX. You really do have some issues and it is not FOX. You really need to get rid of some of your bitterness. It will help with your next election as it currently seems that you have nobody to vote for.

You're quite mistaken FRiend. There's a nifty feature here on Free Republic that allows one to search posts for a member. If you'll take a few moments to do so, you'll see that I'm all in for Senator Ted Cruz in his race for the White House. And since you're also here in Texas, I'm on the record for favoring either Louie Gohmert or Ted Poe to serve the rest of his senatorial term when (not if) Cruz becomes the leader of this Great Republic.

Go Ted go! Cruz or lose! Crush the RINOs! Take America back!

"Of course, stranger things have happened with Mr. Baxter."

Like settling out of court for a rumored 2 million dollars after being sued by a female producer at Fox for: "pelting her with sleazy phone calls, pestering her for kinky sex and boasting of his sexual prowess."

The guy's a slimeball.

As is lil' Sean Hannity who slandered Free Republic calling it a "fringe" site. One of his little footballs must've taken a left turn and knocked all of the Conservatism out of him.

Good choice! I’m also for Cruz but I unlike you I don’t put down a network because of a few that are on it. You really need to get over that part and look at the whole picture (network). Please quit knocking the whole system because you don’t like some of their anchors/guests. It is unseemly.

FOX is the only semi-conservative network available.

Oh, and I came to that choice by watching FOX!

I came to my passionate CRUZ OR LOSE stance by being actively engaged in local Tea Party gatherings, listening to Cruz utterly trounce Dewhurst (and James) in the debates and learning more about him by analyzing the facts presented on the nation's leading source for unadulterated truth, Free Republic! Plus the words of Governor Palin were another positive factor for taking an "all in" for Cruz position.

FOX is the only semi-conservative network available.

Seriesly, why settle for merely "semi-Conservative" (I always use an upper case 'C' for Conservative as a sign of great respect) when a 100% thoroughly pro-God, pro-life, pro-gun, pro-military and anti-sodomy channel is available? That, of course, is the Sarah Palin Channel. No liberals ever! No Shep, no Geraldo, no Beckel, no queer cult members (Greta) and no whining from Juan! Along with Free Republic, the Sarah Palin Channel provides a hearty diet of ONLY Conservative news and commentary free of any hints of liberalism.

Good for you...being active is the best! I am also a Tea Party member and look for honest and conservative candidates. Texas is a great place to do this thank goodness!

That does not mean that I do not listen to news and my choice is FOX. You would do well to listen and quit trying to destroy them here on FreeRepublic.

We seem a lot alike except for your animosity toward FOX - or should I say anger. Let the anger go...and you will be happier and vote with a good spirit. :^)

Well, don’t get that channel (and not going to pay for an internet channel) but I am sure it is good. Really like Sara (my brother is really attached to her) but I will not pay for the privilege of watching. It’s a TV thing... I can get her ideas on FOX.
