Today's feature is an anthology film about a man's formal coat and tails and what happens to its 7 owners. It has an impressive all-star(for the time period) cast roster. The W.C. Fields/Margaret Dumont/Phil Silvers story was cut from the original print but is restored here which is why their names are not credited.
