Shark is sensing the Jersey shore season is coming soon. If you want to read about the 1916 shark attacks along the New Jersey shoe I would recommend,
Twelve days of Terror" by Richard G. Fernicola and:
"Close to Shore" by Michael Capuzzo.
These true stories are more interesting than "Jaws" -Tom

They did a documentary on this and you can probably catch it on you tube. I remember seeing it on the History channel.

Fernicola writes about a shark in the Matawan creek, which is at best brackish if not totally fresh - probably a bull shark
