There are no other distinctions - they are both whores for big money interests. Unions and corporations.
Unfortunately it appears Obama may get his wish granted, with full support from the GOP on this issue.
McConnel and Boehner will get right on that after they approve the trade deal and take the heat for Obama. Obama faced more obstruction with Reid in charge.
