GC is a resource hog.
FF has a better selection of Plug-Ins to prevent pop-ups and tracking software, so that’s what I use on my PC and my Android 4.4.4 phone.
I also like the YT plug-in that allows you to strip audio from a file in MP3 format as YT is filled with lots of older music that I like and I can DL just the audio or both audio and video.
The only positive about GC is the User Agent plug-in that allows me to tether my phone to my PC and use my unlimited data for internet on my PC if the need arises.
Opera with “Adblocker Plus” and “Ghostery” installed is a very fast, small, and quite stable browser setup that bypasses a lot of problems that other users find troublesome when browsing the net.
I recommend it highly.
